Day 2 (2nd Load Day) (Round 3)

Weigh-in: 144.6 - down exactly 2 pounds

I was very surprised that I lost. I really pigged out on yesterday. I ate ice cream for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I had 3 or 4 pieces of pound cake. I had potato chips & dip. I was trying to eat everything in sight. I also had 2 tacos for dinner.

Today I didn't do as well as yesterday. I had Pringles, Sun Chips & Goldfish. I ate the rest of the vanilla ice cream. I had more chips & dip. I ate an entire box of Thai noodles. I had 2 dinner rolls. That's all I can think of right now.

I'm looking forward to transitioning to the low-calorie. I'm a little strapped for cash & don't have a blender. I will start off doing a regular carnivore diet. Then next week I'm going to purchase a blender & switch to the raw vegan protocol. In the past, the raw vegan protocol gave me the best results.

It's 1:10 a.m. & I'm still up. The thing I will really have to work on is getting in the bed at a decent hour. For me that's more challenging than eating a low calorie diet. I'm a major insomniac.
