Weigh-in: 141.4 - down another 2 - woohoo!!!
I'm not getting too excited about this weightloss. I think the weight will melt off until I get down to 135 & then it will slow up. 135 is my hump. However, my strategy is to switch to raw vegan when I start slowing up. I'm thinking that the raw vegan protocol will give me a 2nd wind, so-to-speak.
Oh before I forget, I did cheat last night with about 20 organic sea salted almonds. I had to go to the grocery store late last night & I was starving & I ripped open the bag while shopping. :/ However, God is good! They didn't affect me negatively.
I haven't been mentioning my water intake b/c water is kinda no-brainer for me. When I get up in the morning I drink 32 oz. while driving my son to school. Then for lunch I have another 32 oz. - that's my mandatory 8 right there. Then I have another 32 for dinner & usually another 32 before bed. So for the most part I'm drinking 3/4 - 1 gallon of water per day.
Today has been blah. I stayed in bed until around 2. I got up & had about 4 almonds just to take the edge off my starvation. Then I made myself some hCG chili. I used 4.2 oz of ground beef vs. the 100g/3.5 oz. portion. I used chicken broth, a 4 oz roma tomato, chili powder & other seasonings to taste. It was great & filling (for a few minutes). I also had a Grissini rosemary breadstick - okay I lied I had 2. They are sooo good & sooo skinny. But only 1 gram of carb & 1.5 g of fat per 9 breadsticks. So 2 cost me 24 calories. I had an apple for my snack.
Because I've gone overboard with the ground beef & it's only 85% lean, I only have a small amount of calories left for the day. If I eat my full portion of fish, I will be 5 calories over. I think I'm going to get on the treadmill to work off a few calories so I can have some lettuce with my dinner.
