Weigh-in: 132.6 - needless to say today was not a good day. Even though I'm up 0.2, gaining is NOT a good thing. I haven't been doing anything different diet wise so either it's my monthly or it was the fact that I missed a dose.
Today I only had one green smoothie, some pistachios & a champagne mango & lots of water. I'm going to try & get in a cup of herb tea before I go to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
Will these last 7+ pounds be the most difficult yet? SIGH
