Weigh-in: 136.2 - down another pound. This starvation, I meant raw vegan protocol, is no joke. The weight is melting off. Dear Lord, please let this continue. I will actually see 135 again tomorrow. I saw it on the last VLCD of Round 1 & never saw it again.
I hate to keep boring y'all but my meals will pretty much be the same day today.
Breakfast: 62 oz. of water & a handful of strawberries.
Lunch: A green smoothie consisting of: 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 apple, 1/8 cup flax seeds, 3 leaves of romaine lettuce, 2 leaves of kale, 1 leaf of chard, a handful of spinach and a shot of wheatgrass juice.
Dinner: See lunch.
Again, I snacked on those roasted/salted pistachios today. I woke up with a headache this morning & I think my body is going into shock because of my diet change. Also, I've heard that headaches are common when your body is going through a detox. For me this is indeed a detox!
