Day 4 - Phase 2 hCG (Round 2)

Weigh-in: 137.2 - down 0.8. I can only hope that I continue to have this type of progress. If so I will definitely only have to do phase 2 for the minimum 20 days (not counting the last 72 hours of the VLCD) & I'll actually go a little beyond my goal.

Breakfast: 62 oz. of water & a handful of strawberries.

After breakfast snack: Unsweetened green tea.

Lunch: A green smoothie consisting of: 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 apple, 1/8 cup flax seeds, 3 leaves of romaine lettuce, 2 leaves of kale, 1 leaf of chard, a handful of spinach and a shot of wheatgrass juice.

Dinner: When I made the above-mentioned smoothie, it was enough for two servings so I had half for lunch & the other half for dinner.

After dinner snack: another handful of strawberries.

I snacked throughout the day on roasted, salted pistachios. Hopefully they won't affect me negatively. I also had a few raw onions & then I sampled some once they were cooked while I was making dinner for my family.
