Weigh-in: 137.0 - up 1.2 - I knew it & it's almost that time of the month so I'm holding my breath for tomorrow's weigh-in. However, believe it or not, I'm still losing inches. My stomach has gotten even smaller. I will take another progress pic tomorrow if the scale isn't too mean to me.
Breakfast: green tea & water
Lunch: WAFFLE HOUSE!!!! I had to have some real food today since this was my first day being off the VLCD. I had not one, but two grilled chicken patties. I also had some egg whites with a slice of pepper jack cheese. I was so excited to be eating, I didn't remember to sprinkle the Cheat on my food until it was almost gone. I swear I ate that food in 2 minutes flat. I immediately went home & weighed myself, thinking the food was going to do instant damage. I was still exactly 137.0.
Dinner: CORE4 Lean Shake (which didn't taste bad at all-I mixed mine with 8 oz of water & some frozen mangoes, pineapples & peaches) & then I had a piece of leftover hamburger (sprinkled with Cheat, of course) from last night - it was less than 1/2 of a burger & I nibbled a few pieces of my 2 year old's turkey burger - 2 or 3 very small pieces.
I'm hoping to get back to 135.8 by tomorrow but I think that may be wishful thinking. :-/
