Weigh-in: 139.2 -Up 0.6. I think the saying is if something appears too good to be true then it probably is. Well, I guess that applies to my weight loss on yesterday. However, I still think a 1.6 loss over 2 days is pretty good.
Basically the only thing that I did different yesterday (2 shakes & 1 raw veggie salad) was that at about 9:30 PM I had to go out & I had the munchies & stopped at a gas station & grabbed a bag of spicy pork rinds & a bag of cashews. I ate the entire bag of skins & half of the cashews.
Also, I usually don't weigh in until after I've had my morning bathroom session. For some reason I still haven't gone yet. Not that I'm making excuses. Just trying to determine what caused the gain is all.
Well today will be the same - 2 shakes & a raw veggie salad minus the late night snack attack.
2 days left on phase 3!
