Weigh-in: 138.6 - down 2.2 - I can't believe it.
Here's what I think attributed to the weightloss. First & foremost I was backed up b/c I hadn't been taking my Flush pills. I finally remembered to take them last night & all I'll say is boy was I backed up.
Also, I drank a gallon of water on yesterday, plus or minus a few ounces. I also had 2 Lean shakes for meals & only one food meal & it was a raw veggie salad along w/some steamed zucchini.
So...since that seems to have worked, I will be doing 2 Lean shakes today & only one food meal, which will be a raw salad & some sort of steamed veggies. I'm going light on the meat for now. And of course I will be making sure that I drink at least a gallon of water as well.
