Weigh-in: 139.0 - DISGUSTING!!! I wanted to puke this morning when I got on the scale. A quarter pound of cheese made me gain almost 3 pounds. Well at least I know that cheese overkill means weight gain for me. I was a definite cheeseaholic in the past. Now I think I'll try & avoid it as much as possible. On the bright side, I weighed myself when I got in from picking the kids up & I was down to 138.2. Will I ever see 135 again?
Breakfast: Lean shake with water, ice, bananas, pineapples & peaches
Green tea
Lunch: A Bosch pear
Dinner: Lean shake with water, ice, mangoes, strawberries & bananas
If I have anything else, it will be some raw carrot sticks. I gotta get some of these pounds back off. I was so bloated today my stomach was back protruding & I CAN'T have that!
