Weigh-in: 137.8 - down 1.2 - HALLELUJAH!

No breakfast

Lunch: Lean shake with water, ice, bananas, blueberries & raspberries
Green tea

Dinner: Lean shake with water, ice, bananas, blueberries & raspberries & part of my hubby's shake - his had milk, ice, bananas & strawberries + later on I had some philly cheesesteak (minus the cheese) with onions over a bed of romaine lettuce sans salad dressing.

After dinner snack: unsalted macadamia nuts & carrot sticks w/hummus
