I went to Cheesecake Factory today & had the Steak Diane sans the mushroom wine sauce & any butter/oils. I also had grilled onions plain & I mixed the steak & onions with plain romaine lettuce & used lemon juice as the salad dressing. I also sprinkled the Cheat on my food.
Since I had 2 veggies at once & the steak was pretty big I didn't eat anything else today, just drank plenty of water & had one Flush capsule since I'm about to go to bed.
If I continue to lose at this rate, I'll see 135 on Monday & I'll be down to the 10 pound mark. I hope the last 10 are easier than these first ones have been.
