Breakfast: Green tea & water
Lunch: Shrimp (100g)
Spinach (9.6 oz) - part was cooked & the other part I ate raw w/the shrimp as a salad. I made salad dressing w/lemon juice & ACV & herbs & spices.
I didn't have an after lunch snack b/c I had a late lunch.
Dinner: Scallops (100g)
Cucumbers (10.3 oz)
It's late & I haven't had my after dinner snack. Not good because I'm only had like 330 calories for the night. I just don't have an appetite for some reason. I have had 112 oz of water today & that's not including the several cups of herb tea I've had during the course of the day. Hopefully the low calorie count won't affect me too negatively. Signing off, going 2 bed...
