Weigh-in: 140 even. 1 more oz & I'll officially be in the 130s. If all goes well, I'll be smiling all day tomorrow. Then again, the cheating continues...
Technically I could quit after today & begin my transition into the next phase but I've already ordered another ampule & have decided that I will not stop until I reach my goal.
Lunch: 3.7 oz of baked tilapia & 9.6 oz of diced cucumber
After lunch snack: I had a notary job at Starbucks today & found myself buying nuts again - but this time it was cashews. And instead of snacking on them over a period of time, I gobbled them up all at once. SIGH...
Dinner: 6 oz. of ground beef w/6 oz of onions
Of course there will be no after dinner snack. I am done for the day. I will be drinking water & tea for the rest of the day.
