Well my day is not starting off so good. I gained 0.2 pound since yesterday. Even though it's not alot, a gain is a gain.
Here's what I think happened:
1. I went over 3 grams with my meat yesterday. I got away with it the 1st time so I pushed the envelope again. Won't happen anymore!
2. I ate very little calories with my main food & almost half of my calories were in fruit - way too much sugar obviously.
3. My last snack was an apple - high in calories & maybe too high in natural sugar. I ate 9.4 oz. of apple slices late last night. Apparently my body is okay with the late night strawberries but apples are definitely a no-no.
4. I didn't drink as much water as I normally do.
5. I was 3 hours late taking my morning dose of hCG.
So...I've learned my lesson. Got my game face on. About to come off the bench & win this! LOL
