Of course this is a day late & I'm sorry about that. Yesterday morning, when I did my 1st weigh-in of the day, I hadn't lost anything. I was still at 142.2. And since I always use my 1st morning weigh-in to update my weight loss ticker, I was really bummed. Then I took a shower & had my "bathroom session", if you catch my drift & my weight dropped to 141.4.
Since I wasn't losing any weight I tried to do the 6 apple day. However, I had eaten 3 apples by dinner time & I was starving. So for dinner I had a 4.4 oz 93% lean burger w/3 oz of onions.
Also I started taking my hCG in one dose in the morning vs. taking two doses during the day. Really didn't see much difference. For now I will continue to take just one 1ml dose in the morning.
I may post some more progress pics today - not sure.
