Day 22 - (20th day) VLCD - MY FIRST MAJOR CHEAT

Weigh-in: 140.8 - I was so excited that I was back losing weight I didn't know what to do. Well actually I did... I put on some leggings & platforms & went to Lenox. LOL

However, I was bad for the rest of the day.

Lunch: Plain grilled chicken w/romaine lettuce only salad from Maggiano's. They grilled the chicken, per my request, without oil & butter. I put a little lemon juice on the salad as a substitute salad dressing. You should've seen the faces of my lunch companions. They couldn't believe I was going to eat a plain salad w/o any dressing. In the end it was worth it. My check ended up being $4.05. That's the smallest tab I've ever had at Maggiano's.

After lunch snack: Well actually I munched on these all day. I went to Starbucks for a bottle of water when I got to the mall. And for some reason I couldn't resist the bag of dry roasted almonds sitting on the counter. So I munched on them all during the day.

Dinner: 5 oz of lean steak w/ 4 oz of onions

So even though I cheated big time yesterday, you can tell by my ticker that I still lost weight. HALLELUJAH! Maybe since my cheat was simply protein, it wasn't too bad. I won't be doing it often, though.
