Weigh-in: 148.8
Usually I do a second weigh-in. Number one, I've been asleep all day. I forgot to add staying up until 5:00 a.m. this morning & only eating 398 calories yesterday to my list of bad behavior. I didn't have my last snack yesterday, either.
Number two, I'm staying off the scale for a minute.
Breakfast: Green tea & water
Lunch: Grilled chicken (99g)
Cucumbers (6 oz.)
After lunch snack: Strawberries (7.9 oz.)
Dinner: Shrimp (100g)
Diced tomatoes (7.4 oz.)
After dinner snack: My after dinner snack will be strawberries. I'm only at a little over 350 calories right now. Can't recall the exact number.
Since I've been asleep for most of the day, I haven't gone to get my distilled water like I was supposed to. However, I've been dropping ACV in my water to make it taste better. So I am getting my proper water intake. I have to run out for a few in a little while. I will stop & get the right water while I'm out. I went out earlier this morning with my hubby & I put on some summer capris that I haven't worn in a long while. They're a size 10. Normally 10s are pretty tight on me. These aren't tight at all. Snug around the thighs but I can definitely tell I've lost some inches if nothing else. I will postpone my progress pics/measurements until next weekend since my cycle (among other things) caused me some issues.
