Weigh-in: 148.2 - down a whole 0.6 pound. Whoo hoo! Yeah, okay. I can only hope that once my cycle is gone the progress I was seeing at the beginning of the week will return. So overall I've been on this diet for a week & I've only lost 2.4 pounds. I'm so disgusted I don't know what to do.
Breakfast: NOTHING
Lunch: Baked tilapia (100g)
Asparagus (10.3 oz)
After Lunch Snack: Apple (I forget how much I had & I'm not on the same computer where my calorie counter Excel sheet is located.)
Dinner: Baked tilapia (100g)
Diced tomatoes (2.8 oz)
I don't have many calories left so I don't even know if I'll be having an after dinner snack.
