Weigh-in: 142.2 - lost all of my progress from yesterday. I've been dreading this post all day. How disgusted am I! But who can I be mad with but myself? I got comfy w/going over on the protein & then yesterday I got greedy & ate 20 oz. of a veggie that wasn't even on the list. My justification was that a cucumber and a zucchini were actually the same. Wish you could see me banging my head on my computer desk.
Breakfast: Green tea & water
No lunch or after lunch snack because I was doing a lot of running around. When will I learn?
Dinner: Lean top round steak (3.7 oz)
Spinach - both raw & steamed (4.5 oz)
Only 216 calories for the day. I will try & definitely eat some strawberries before bed.
