Day 18 - (16th day) VLCD

Weigh-in: 142.2 - down 1.6 - I was so excited this morning, I almost couldn't believe it. I haven't seen this type of loss since my 1st week. I went to bed much earlier than usual & apparently it has paid off.

Also, I would like to say that I've been testing some things out. I've been eating more than 100g/3/5 oz. of protein per meal. So far I haven't had any adverse reactions.

Breakfast: Green tea & water

Lunch: A plain chargrilled chicken patty from Chic-fil-a (approx. 5 oz) - hey I asked them did they add any additional oils, butters, sugars & the answer was no. I had extra lettuce for my side veggie (approx. 1-2 oz)

After lunch snack: Apple (5 oz)

Dinner: Scallops (4.9 oz)
Spinach, raw & steamed (4.5 oz)

Even though I went over on my meat servings both times, I'm still not at 500 calories. As a matter of fact, I'm not even at 400. I won't lie, I'm full from dinner & will not be eating anything else tonight. Guess I'll know how bad I did today when I get on the scale in the morning. Until then, toodles...
