Day 6 - (4th day) VLCD

Weigh-in: 146.2
I swear this diet is simply unbelievable. I haven't even done any exercise except for those crunches yesterday & my stomach is melting away. Now my thighs aren't going anywhere but I'm holding out hope. Didn't expect to see much progress in a weeks time or at least not enough to be noticeable. However, I think I will have enough to take a progress pic or two. Stay tuned...

Breakfast: Green tea & water

Lunch: Shrimp sauteed in lemon juice (3.4 oz. - my scale started acting up in the middle of me weighing & I had to use ounces AND go out & buy a new scale.)
Diced tomatoes (4.3 oz.)

After lunch snack: Strawberries (6 oz.)

Dinner: Broiled scallops (103g - I always cheat w/the scallops!)
Spinach from the can (7.4 oz.) - Can you say yuck? I will never do that again.

After dinner snack: Usually I eat strawberries at night but I'm only at 350+ calories right now so I will probably have apple slices tonight. It would take almost an entire container of strawberries to use up my last calories. So tonight's snack will be a little over 9 oz. of apple slices.

I can't even begin to explain how EXCITED I am. Why didn't someone tell me about hCG a long time ago? Why isn't this more mainstream?
