Weigh-in: 143.8 - down an entire 0.2 pound. But I guess that's better than nothing.
Breakfast: Green tea & water
No lunch.
Snack before dinner: Apple (6.1 oz)
Dinner: 93% lean burger (8 oz) - yeah, I know but I hadn't eaten all day & I was truly hungry.
Asparagus (9.2 oz)
After dinner snack: I still have about 50 calories left so if I have anything else, it'll be strawberries.
I have my nightgown on & am in my bed as I type this. I plan to be asleep no later than 10:30 tonight. I'm actually sleepy now so it shouldn't be a problem.
