Breakfast: Green tea & water
Lunch: All I had was 10.6 oz of apple. I have absolutely no appetite.
Dinner: Shrimp (100g)
Cabbage (10.5 oz)
After dinner snack: Right now I have only had 360 calories for the day. Since I try & only eat strawberries in the evening, I know I will not make 500 calories today. Even if I can muster up the appetite, it would take alot of strawberries to make up the difference.
I can't believe that my appetite has disappeared like this. I even had a hunger headache earlier today but absolutely no desire to eat. I hope lowballing with the calories doesn't cause me to stall. I would've never thought that getting enough calories would be a problem. Hmm...
