Weigh-in: 139.8 - even though I was only down 0.4 I was so happy just to see that 139, I decided to push the envelope & celebrate a little. Next celebration will be when I see 129 on the scale.
Breakfast: Water & green tea
Lunch: A smoothie with fresh strawberries, ice & a tad bit of orange juice from this smoothie spot called Robek's. Grilled chicken & romaine from Chipotle's.
Dinner: A few handfuls of raw, unsalted nuts.
I thought my celebration may have hurt me bad. But as you can see from my ticker, I lost a lot of weight. Hope this continues. I want to be 135 by Tuesday.
