Steamed Cabbage (9.6 oz)
After lunch snack: Red Delicious Apple (6.6 oz.)
Dinner: Baked tilapia (100g)

After dinner snack: Because I've had way too many calories today, I will only be able to enjoy 4.5 oz. of strawberries tonight. :-( However, I'm stuffed from dinner so 4.5 oz. will probably be more than enough.
Today has been a regular day. I'm noticing that I'm definitely not hungry like I thought I'd be. I thought I had ordered some Life Caps but I realized that I never placed the order. Now, I really don't think I'll need them. If I find hunger being a problem, then I'll just order & pay rush shipping. If anyone is actually interested in ordering them, go to Winterfix. I did about 50 crunches today. I'm going to try & do 50 more after my dinner digests. I would love to have a little ab definition when this is all said & done.
