Though disappointing, after all I ate yesterday, I'm not surprised that I gained another pound. My weigh in this morning was 153 even.
Breakfast: Unsweetened raspberry leaf tea & plenty of water
Lunch: Baked tilapia (100g) with diced tomatoes (6.6 oz.)
After Lunch Snack: Strawberries (6.5 oz.)
Dinner: Baked tilapia (100g) with a diced cucumber (10.5 oz.)
After Dinner Snack: Strawberries - since I have approx. 96 calories left from my 500, I will eat 10 oz. of strawberries for a snack tonight. Haven't had it yet - gonna wait until I get that late night hunger.
All & all today was a good day. It was as if I was embarking on a new journey so the fact that I'm eating almost nothing has not set in yet. I do know that I eat because I'm bored & I found myself wishing for some of the junk that I can't have that's in my kitchen. I've already had more than 1/2 gallon of water today & I will drink more as the night progresses - as well as some green tea. Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow morning.

Hi, there, how is your energy level ? Do you feel tired at all ? I would really love to see you blog on how you mix your HCG, etc.
ReplyDeleteHi Christina & thanks for visiting. Well, today is my first day on the 500 calorie so my energy is just fine. I included a link on my very first post that includes a video of a lady making the mix. I mix mine exactly how she instructs.
