Weigh-in 146.4
All I can say is ugh! I did feel better after my shower. After I shower in the morning, my weight is always lower than my 1st morning weigh-in. After my shower, I was down to 145.8 - that was my after shower weight yesterday, too. So basically no progress for me in the last 24 hours. SIGH...
Breakfast: Green tea & water
Lunch: Chicken (98g)
Diced cucumbers (6.6 oz.)
After lunch snack: Grapefruit (8 oz.)
Dinner: Shrimp (99g)
Diced tomatoes (9.1 oz.)
After dinner snack: I still have over 100 calories left. I will definitely not be eating any apples tonight. Most likely I will use up most of the calories with strawberries.
My clothes are fitting loose. My stomach has definitely gone down. I will take a progress pic when I get back from my Saturday morning run. Dang I just realized, I'm 15 mins late on my hCG dosage. Gotta run!
