Day 13 - (11th day) VLCD

Weigh-in: 145.6 Though I had only lost 0.8 pound, I was soooo excited to see 145. This is the lowest weigh-in I've had since I started. I haven't been this size in over 3 years. My after shower weigh-in was 144.8.

Breakfast: Green tea & water

Lunch: Shrimp (100g)
Cabbage (9.8 oz)

After lunch snack: Apple (5.5 oz)

Dinner: Baked tilapia (100g)
Diced tomatoes (6 oz)

After dinner snack: I'm up to 445 calories right now. If I have an after dinner snack, it'll be strawberries, of course.

Today has been a good day for me. Though I'm not experiencing the same weight loss that I was in the beginning, I'm definitely losing inches. BTW, I've decided to postpone my progress picture until this weekend.

My stomach is flat. I still have small handles on the sides. All of my clothes are fitting much looser. Today I tried on a pair of size 8 slacks that had been in the back of my closet for almost 2 years because I simply couldn't wear them. Tried them on today & slid right in them. They were tight around the thighs & that's only because my thighs haven't gotten with the program yet.

This is probably TMI, but I had on a thong today that used to cut off my circulation. Now it fits perfect. I was thinking about joining a gym to try & amp up my weight loss, especially since my thighs are being stubborn. However, I think I'm just going to stick to walking - well if I can ever overcome my "lazyosis" & get back to the track. Then, maybe after I've completed the VLCD phase, if I'm still not satisfied with my thighs, then I'll either join the gym or enlist a trainer.
