Weigh-in: 145.0 - even though I'm only down 0.6, I am still pleased with the loss of inches that I've experienced. Stay tuned for tomorrow's progress pics...
Breakfast: Green tea & water
Lunch: Baked tilapia (100g)
Spinach - some raw & some cooked (5 oz)
After lunch snack: none
Dinner: Grilled chicken (100g)
Diced cucumber (8.6 oz)
I was still hungry so I also had 6.6 oz of apple.
After dinner snack: Since it is still early & I've only had about 400 calories for today, I will probably eat some strawberries later on tonight.
Today I put on some skinny jeans that I purchased back when skinny jeans 1st became fashionable. They are a size 10. Usually, because they are so tight, they look highwater. Well today I was able to wear them at the normal ankle length & they weren't skin tight. I had on a tank top that accentuated my waist. My hubby actually commented that I looked cute. Of course that made my day!
