Day 2 - LOADING

So I gained 1.4 pounds with the loading yesterday. Not really disappointed because my weigh-in was lower than it had been all week & my norm has been 153/154.

Breakfast: 5 slices of turkey bacon w/2 fried egg whites on 2 pieces of wheat bread
After Breakfast Snack: A huge bowl of vanilla ice cream w/a ton of sprinkles

Lunch: I didn't really have lunch once again. I nibbled on some leftover chicken strips & took a nap instead. I also munched on some BBQ chips.

Dinner: 2 fried pork chops; rice & gravy; cabbage
After Dinner Snack: Another huge bowl of vanilla ice cream loaded w/sprinkles.

I drank much more water today. At least around 1/2 of gallon. Tomorrow is the first day of the 500 calorie diet. Hmmm....
